What We Need to Start Your Campaign
To launch your SMS campaign, we require the following:
The message you want to send (up to 160 characters)
The best date and time for the campaign to start
Your contact list
Contact Management & Mobile Verification
We import only valid mobile numbers using our mobile verification system to improve the deliverability of your SMS campaign.
We can also import and filter contacts based on specific criteria available in your list (name, location, segment, etc.), depending on your campaign needs.
Personalized Messages
Personalized messages are fully supported.
If your contact list includes information such as first name, address, or other unique details, these can automatically be inserted into each message.
Example:
“Hi (FirstName), thank you for your business.”
Sending Speed
Message delivery typically takes about 1 hour for every 1,000 messages sent.
Campaign Reports
After the messages are sent, we provide a detailed SMS campaign report in Excel and PDF format.
The report includes:
Verified mobile numbers that received the message
Date and time of message delivery
Message content sent
SMS credit usage
Important Information
Open message receipts are not supported and are not included in the report.
